Shipping & Delivery
We Aim to send out your order A.S.A.P. and we normally send orders out within Five days of receipt of payment, however at busier times of the year this may take slightly longer. If you are sending an image to personalise an ode; depending on the quality of the image, some manipulation and arranging may be required. This can impact on delivery times at busier periods. This is very rare but if we anticipate any delay we will contact you by email to keep you informed.

Privacy & Security
We do not provide any personal details to other companies or individuals for their marketing purposes.

Returns & Replacements
Our customers are always right, and in the 25 years we have been doing this we have never had one that was wrong! So if for any reason you are not happy with your order please contact us by email or Phone and we will bend over backwards to rectify any problem. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse the cost of return postage unless the items are faulty.
